Our Group operates two restaurants in Holycross & Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, as well as School Catering, Construction Catering services, Food trucks, outside catering events and private services, along with supplying the Tipperary Senior Hurling Team with weekly meals and snacks.
Our ethos is very simple, given our Restaurant experience, our aim is to provide top quality healthy and nutritional conscious meals using the very best, high quality and locally sourced ingredients. All our food and staff training is in accordance with Health and Safety Food guidelines. Each school has its own Chef on site that can expertly cater for all dietary requirements (catering for vegetarian, coeliac, vegan, lactose intolerant and religious needs). Our staff are very much approachable and friendly and students may speak to the Chef on site if they have any concerns in relation to dietary requirements or give any feedback on our food and give their opinion on healthy items they may like to see on our menus.
All lunches are produced on site daily and our menu changes daily to prevent fatigue, keeping things exciting and to reflect seasonal ingredients and menu choices. Our menus for healthy school lunches are inspired by the current trends for student’s age 11 to 18 years old. They are designed to meet the evolving expectations of these students with value, variety and wide ranging tastes and choices. We design our menus with healthy eating at the forefront. Whether it’s a hot or cold item, our menus have been produced with care and thought given to our student’s taste buds and health. All our soups produced on site each day are suitable for vegetarians, free from trans fat and are Gluten Free. Our grab and go items consist of a selection of fresh fruit, fruit pots, yogurts, Jelly & Custard, Popcorn, Cereals, Homemade protein balls and Flapjacks, freshly made sandwiches and wraps. We also offer two hot meals options daily. We do encourage students to pre order their lunch as it allows for increased speed and efficiency of service. Students can also pre order food for after school study daily.
We are Covid-19 safety chartered and have full insurances covering every aspect of our business, method statements, and Covid -19 response plan and safety statement. We offer full HACCP, traceability and allergens. All of our foods are homemade. Additionally
We believe in recyclable, compostable and eco friendly packaging.
As a company we are also committed to employing all local staff in so far as possible in our school catering sector and provide part time employment for students of our school in our restaurant along with transition year work experience.
